Please read these terms before using Freedom Render Farm services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Freedom Render Farm, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and rendering services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including platform software, service design, site layout, documentation, logos, branding elements, and related materials (collectively, "Platform Content"). Platform Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, internal, or business rendering workflows. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform Content without prior written permission.

Your uploads and outputs

You retain all ownership rights in the files, scenes, assets, textures, project data, and other materials you upload to the Services ("User Uploads"). You also retain all ownership rights in render outputs generated from your jobs, including rendered images, animation frames, and video files ("Render Outputs"). Freedom Render Farm does not claim ownership of your User Uploads or your Render Outputs.

You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and transmit your User Uploads and Render Outputs solely as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Services to you. This license ends when your data is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security and compliance records.

Feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the platform without further obligation to you.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account use.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may only use the Services for lawful rendering activities consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload, render, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
  • Upload, render, or distribute content that promotes harassment, bullying, abuse, hate, threats, or violence.
  • Upload, render, or distribute sexually explicit or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content where prohibited by law, policy, or applicable platform restrictions.
  • Use the Services to target, intimidate, or harm any person or group.
  • Upload malware, malicious scripts, spyware, or content designed to disrupt systems or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the Services or related infrastructure.
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to extract data or misuse the platform without written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, identity, or authority.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal of prohibited content, immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Content involving harassment, bullying, abusive conduct, or prohibited NSFW material may result in a complete and permanent ban.

6. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE

You retain ownership of files, scene data, assets, and other materials you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services for you.

7. PLATFORM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, branding, documentation, and platform design, are owned by Freedom Render Farm or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. JOB PROCESSING AND STORAGE

We aim to process render jobs reliably, but render outcomes may vary due to project settings, dependency issues, queue load, or infrastructure limitations. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of source files and outputs.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Render Outputs are retained for up to 30 days from the time your render job is marked completed. After that period, outputs may be automatically deleted from our systems without additional notice. You are responsible for downloading and storing outputs you wish to keep.

9. FEES, BILLING, AND CREDITS

Some Services require payment or prepaid credits. Pricing, billing units, and payment terms are shown in the dashboard or checkout flow. Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may integrate with third-party tools, payment processors, or cloud providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our direct control.

11. PRIVACY

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may process personal information as necessary to operate the Services and meet legal obligations.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, outages, and force majeure events may affect access.

13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a security risk, engaged in fraud, or exposed us or others to legal liability. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content or Render Outputs that violate these Terms, including content related to harassment, bullying, abusive conduct, or prohibited NSFW material. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

14. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, processing estimates, and other details. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.

15. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Render Farm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any loss of data, corrupted files, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers, integrations, software, or networks.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party products, services, links, or websites that may be referenced through the Services.

16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Render Farm and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freedom Render Farm, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services.
  • Your User Uploads, Render Outputs, or other User Content.
  • Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Any harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful act performed through your account.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

18. USER DATA

We may maintain and process account and operational data you transmit to the Services for purposes including job execution, service reliability, fraud prevention, support, and security monitoring. While we may perform routine backups and redundancy practices, you are solely responsible for keeping independent copies of your User Uploads, project files, and final Render Outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, or failure to store data, including data loss caused by user error, software defects, third-party systems, security incidents, force majeure, or scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal negotiations

To help resolve disputes quickly and reduce costs, you and Freedom Render Farm agree to first try to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through good-faith informal negotiations for at least 30 days before starting arbitration or court proceedings. Informal negotiations begin when one party provides written notice of the dispute to the other party.

Binding arbitration

If a dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, either party may elect final and binding arbitration, except for disputes expressly excluded below. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in English, and may be conducted remotely (including by videoconference) unless in-person proceedings are required by applicable rules or law. The arbitrator may award individual relief available under applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, these Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the jurisdiction where Freedom Render Farm is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, consolidated proceedings, and private attorney-general actions are not permitted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Exceptions to informal negotiations and arbitration

The following claims are not required to go through arbitration: claims relating to intellectual property ownership or enforcement, claims involving unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, piracy, or security incidents, and claims seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction in the jurisdiction where Freedom Render Farm is established, and the remainder of this section will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, invoices, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed through the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any rights requiring non-electronic signatures, paper records, or non-electronic payment/credit methods solely because they are not in physical form.

22. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with any policies and operating rules posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Freedom Render Farm regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Freedom Render Farm.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
